Where can I find a great example of a drop ship agreement as a model (that is beneficial to me, the retailer)?

I’m a startup founder and was advised to find an existing agreement online that favors the retailer, then edit as needed and finish with a lawyer. This advice was given to me to help cut legal costs associated with drafting a full, brand new contract.
