Not at all. Infact with social engagement being digital there is a higher probability of being swayed to purchase because of the customized and highly targeted advertising strategies. When you walk down the street- you see the same billboard everyone else does. When you go online the world has been created for you.
The lifestyle clothing world has adjusted- as was discussed before, employees no longer need to look so ‘professional’ so what do retailers do? They create the products that customers are looking for- its the sign of a nimble business who understands their customers needs. All those ladies walking around in yoga pants? Its a multi million dollar industry that wasn’t around 15/20 years ago.
